SL Tahoe: Take Two

We started day two of our trip bright and early down at the Marina. 

We had decided on Friday to do a 2 hour jet ski rental that included a small tour of Emerald Bay and Anthony was so excited that he actually had a dream the night before that we woke up and I told him "Nah... Let's not jet ski!"

Even funnier is that the following night he had a dream in which he spent the entire time on a jet ski with the wind in his hair. Isn't that hilarious? 

anyway.. we headed down to the little shack on the beach to sign our lives away in case we ruined our jet ski

maybe I picked out a life jacket to match my t shirt

We were going so darn fast out on the water with Anthony in the driver's seat that I screamed the entire time. Seriously. 25 minutes of screaming. But hey... I got to cross JET SKI off my bucket list. WOO!

We got off at the Vikingsholm Castle beach area and our jet ski tour guide chick (who proceeded to walk around with basically no clothes on - yeah thanks for that) showed us around and walked us up to the Lower Eagle Falls. 

then I drove us back to the Marina and sent Ant off to go have fun without me (meaning he could go as fast as he wanted and do crazy turns without me yelling at him the whole time)

After jet skiing we headed off to North Shore for a little adventure down to Chimney Beach

and the water there was about 60% clearer and more beautiful than near the Marina

pretty awesome view, right? 

The plan that night was to go out to the casinos for gambling and dancing

so we fueled up on KFC

It's the American way

I was very happy with my hair

It's not often that I have great looking hair

It's that Tahoe water I guess

We had $200.00 and I was down to our last $20.00 and I somehow brought us up to $300.00. 

It was amazing and time flew by so fast
so fast that we never went dancing

that's what casinos do to you:

take your money

and your time

and then sometimes.. just sometimes.. they give you money back

Here is Anthony losing all of our money

anyway we came home with $400 so Ant had a photo shoot with the money.

He is weird.

but I love him.
