I finally borrowed some chalkboard paint from Anthony's parents. I've been wanting to paint one of his old skateboards for the kitchen. As you can see I am not much of an artist but I wanted to get a nice quote up there to encourage Anthony now that he's started working so much.
I looked at the Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Safeway, and SaveMart before finally finding 85¢ chalk at the local Palace Art Supply store. Palace is like Michaels but cooler and smaller and local.Can you believe no one had chalk?
I'm happy though - this chalkboard is going to be
cute when it has something cuter on it.
