My MIL, My SIL and my littlest SIL got up this morning and drove 2 whole miles to Ardenwood Farms in Newark. Right when I got back from my trip I heard on Good Morning America that the Monarch butterflies were hanging around in droves in their grove (no rhyme intended) so I've been wanting to get out there to check it out. Well... we were a bit disappointed in the few we saw flying around. Apparently, a couple of weeks ago they were seriously hanging in huge bunches so large that you couldn't even see the branches or leaves. We did luck out with such a beautiful day, though.

too bad you missed the swarms of butterflies but the ones you did see look really pretty! :)
