I find these beautiful pink flowered trees all over the place this time of year.
Yesterday I was driving home from work when I noticed they dot the side of the road in front of my house so today I ventured out to get a few shots of them.
Aren't they beautiful? I tried to find out what type of tree it is but I still have no clue. Does anyone know the name?

I always thought they were called cherry blossoms? I could be totally off, But I know they do look similar to those.

I think cherry blossoms, too.
They are Flowering Plum Trees. I guess you haven't noticed the one in front of your in-laws home.
